Shar McBee helps new managers become joyous leaders. She is the author of two bestselling books: To Lead is to Serve and Joy of Leadership. She has been quoted by the President of the United States and members of the U.S. Congress. Shar has personally helped more than 150,000 people improve their leadership skills. She uses a method learned from her own struggles. Shar had not received any management training when she was put in charge of a staff of 500. It was hard to get people to cooperate. A wise mentor taught her a secret. She tried it and it worked amazingly. Since then Shar has taught the secret to thousands and she would like to share her secret with you. As a volunteer, Shar organized the largest voter registration drive in California history. She has worked all over the world, inspiring people in a dozen countries to work together for a common goal.
