Mary Watt transforms volunteer organizations. In her four years as Executive Director of the CALL Primrose Center, the number of volunteers involved with the agency has doubled. Mary has been involved in volunteer leadership for nearly 30 years. She has a passion and enthusiasm for volunteers and volunteerism that transforms those she works with. Mary has a B.S. degree in Human Services Administration, and an MPA in Public Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Mary has been the recipient of numerous awards from the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter, and is Vice Chair-elect for San Mateo County for the upcoming fiscal year. Most recently she has been county Chair of Volunteers, and she also serves the American Red Cross as an instructor trainer. She currently serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the San Mateo County Interfaith Hospitality Network, and as the Chair of the Healthcare for the Homeless Advisory Committee. Mary has also been actively involved for many years with both the Yosemite Association and the Yosemite Fund. Your organization will be richly blessed as Mary shares with you the To Lead is to Serve philosophy. In the words of one recent seminar attendee モI left the seminar feeling energized and refreshed, and ready to look at volunteer leadership in a whole new way.ヤ This is the gift Mary can bring your organization or group as well.
