When Mary Inghrim gives a seminar, participants want to know when she will give another one. Participants love her material and are anxious to bring it back to their organization and try it out.
Mary has many years of experience finding volunteers for over 60 organizations. She was a Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Project Director for the past 13 years. She served for 4 years as the President of the New York State Association of RSVP Directors.
She inspires volunteers to take on greater responsibility. At RSVP, she increased the areas of volunteering from doing bulk mailings and needlework projects into areas like income tax preparation, health insurance counseling, computer data entry, 55 Alive Defensive Driving Classes and literary tutors.
With the help of the RSVP Advisory Council, Mary organized 13 Annual Recognition Luncheons for over 400 volunteers. She has been serving on the Sullivan County Tobacco Free Coalition as a steering committee member for the past 5 years. She also volunteers at the local county museum.
Mary is married and has 2 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. Over the years Mary remembers volunteering for many organizations going back to her childhood. She started out serving at the local church dinners and being a Girl Scout Leader for her daughters.
Mary is a newly certified seminar leader for To Lead is to Serve . She recently retired and is available to deliver the To Lead is to Serve seminars.
