Mary Ann Masur is a principal in Synergy Consultants, LLC, with seventeen years of diversified experience in management and team coordination, strategic planning, program development and execution.
For close to two decades Mary Ann has served the Baltimore community as an active volunteer, holding leadership positions with various organizations that address issues of homelessness, literacy, domestic violence, family support, child abuse prevention and the arts. During 1999-2000, she served as president of the Junior League of Baltimore, an organization with over 550 volunteers. In 2000, The Daily Record honored Mary Ann as one of Maryland?s Top 100 Women.
Most recently, Mary Ann was certified as a To Lead Is To Serve seminar leader in the principles of volunteer motivation.
