Larry Duncan is an unusually broad-based business executive with more than 30-years of management and service-related experience. He is an organizer, with the intuitive ability to find a way to make it work.
Larry is a planner and a visionary, a unique communicator with the skills required to bring corporate goals and objectives to fruition. He is an administrator and director by title, as well as a facilitator and motivator by accomplishment. Larry Duncan's skills help organizations define and implement marketing and team objectives by utilizing a clearly defined approach to volunteer leadership. Larry's program teaches the skills needed to recruit and retain volunteers, improve fund raising while remembering to have a little fun along the way.
Larry's commitment to volunteerism stems from the realization that there are measurable returns on an individual?s investment in other people. Larry's successful experience in the work place, along with the time-tested principles and philosophies of the To Lead is to Serve program will help your management or volunteer team reach, and perhaps exceed its objectives.
Among other volunteer activities, Larry has served as a member of the Board of Directors as well as the Executive Committee of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County, and a member of the board of the county's Mental Health Housing Development Corporation. He has also served on the Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors and the National Apartment Association Assembly of Delegates, and has chaired the local, state and national association vendor councils.
Larry has served as a local and regional PTA President, volunteer fire fighter and reserve police officer. Larry is an experience public speaker, having delivered a variety of professional education curricula to every level of the business spectrum.
