Helen currently runs her own consulting business in Fund raising and Event Planning. Her recent clients include Habitat for Humanity of Greater Bridgeport, Westport Arts Center, and Christian Community Action. Helen worked previously for over ten years as an Account Executive for an international on-line research firm. She has also worked as a retail manager and buyer for Neiman Marcus and other specialty stores, and was an assistant to the Director of Community Affairs at Tiffany & Co. As a volunteer, Helen was the Chairperson for Local and International Charity Events and Representative to the United Nations for The Center for International Peacebuilding in London. Helen incorporates the principles of To Lead Is To Serve into every presentation and project. Whether speaking to Executive Directors, Board Members, or Fund Raising Committees Helen applies these leadership principles to identify the need, assemble the resources, and put the plan into action.
