My Background

Business Leader
I've been a successful investor and senior manager, guiding the growth of a high tech company from $2.5M to $44M, before taking it public and helped increase revenues by 400% at another.

Life Long Volunteer
As a volunteer leader I've held the positions of Board President, Local Director, Vice President, Hospital and Hospice Chaplain. I design and faciliate workshops and seminars, recently co-developing an awarding-winning chaplaincy program for a local hospital.

I attribute my success as a volunteer and business leader to the daily application of the principle - To Lead Is To Serve, reflected in one of my favorite quotes by St. Francis, "For it is in the giving that we receive."
