Dana Drobny has over 20 years international experience working with volunteers and non-profit organizations. Dana, an expert in human development and curriculum design, was Jack Canfield's Executive Assistant at Chicken Soup for the Soul and the Director of Training at Self-Esteem Seminars. She creates and presents dynamic seminars that maximize individual's participation and groups' transformation. Whether leading a workshop for board members, supervisors, volunteer workers, or customer service personnel, Dana's innovative experience as a facilitator, manager, university instructor, and corporate trainer results in fun, out-of-the-box learning that impacts all areas of participants' lives. Dana's deep belief that people are happiest (and most successful) when there's a balance of giving and receiving is particularly relevant to volunteer organizations!
