Carolyn K Edwards runs a management consultancy targeting Leadership Skills, Sales Management, Client Care and Team Building in both the Corporate and Non Profit Sector. In her 25+ year career with AT&T and the subsequent Baby Bells, Carolyn learned the "value of the customer".
Carolyn lives in London, England with her English husband. There she sat on the training and education committee of the Junior League of London and then held Board positions of Strategic Planning Director and most recently as Communications Vice President. She is very involved in Women in Leadership in London. She has been PTO President of her son?s schools and chaired several fund raising committees. She holds a Master?s in Education, Early Childhood and is pursuing an advanced degree in Leadership Education. Carolyn is a Performance Impact Coach and holds an diploma in NLP. She has been invited to speak on Networking, Team Building, Sales When You Don?t Want to Sell, Leadership Skills and Client Care. She launched an online magazine for Women in IT during her first year in London. Her volunteer beliefs began in high school when she was a Candy Striper for Mercy Hospital.
Carolyn firmly espouses the philosophy of: "Meet people where THEY are" This is such a powerful life strategy. Meeting people where THEY are, rather than expecting them to be where you are, establishes trust, respect, understanding and a rapport that will lead to so many wonderful things!
