With over 10 years volunteer experience both in the United States and United Kingdom, Barbra wants to share what she has learned. She was introduced to the To Lead is to Serve principle while serving as the President of the Junior League of London and directing over 400 volunteers. In applying the principle, the organization was able to adopt and begin moving toward strategic goals with greater participation and volunteer satisfaction. Instantly, she recognized the principle's simplicity and power in producing results.
Barbra's aim is to support leaders in focusing efforts, encouraging people to think 'big' and providing the right support and inspiration.
