What is a healthy service organization? Non profits are the eyes that perceive the unmet needs of our world, the intellect that thinks through the plan of how to address those needs. Then it's the staff, volunteers and donors who are the hands, heart and breath that make the healing take place. They all need to be strong, dynamic, and in harmony with each other for optimum health and effectiveness.
How do you support & nourish this health? With the principles taught in To Lead is to Serve, Barbara Cubanski & Beth Ornstein help organizations thrive.
