Know where you are going. Know what you want. Beware of being ambitious. Ambition implies impatience. It means you are trying to force change. When people perceive that you are ambitious, they'll resist you. The next time you are feeling ambitious, be gentle. Be gentle on yourself and others. A blade of grass can crack through concrete. To reach your goals, you don't have to be ambitious You can be gentle as long as you know where you are going. - Shar McBee P.S. Will you help create a list of great leadership books?
